Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors gates but excluding framed truss etc all specified and directed.

S&F for hand rails, half round or other flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including drilling bolting or riveting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick asbestos cement plain building board, fixed to timber frame work with screws all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge thickness. including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised, corrugated 0.63mm thick mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs walls etc with grade of zinc coating all as specified and directed .

M& L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm of cement mixed with liquid type water proofing compound on dry concrete surfaces including 15mm thick screed bed for in Cm 1:4 and mixed with liquid water proofing compound incl finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately 200ml/50Kg of cement )

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top (a) Applying bituminous primer @100 gms per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surfaces. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer , 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gram per Sqm.Polymeric membrane shall taken to a height 60cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacture instructions (i) A minimum over lap of 100mm and 75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlap and joints as manufactures instructions.(ii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be SUPER THERMOLY OF STP Ltd or MOPLY FP OF Texsa India Ltd /IWL India Ltd (c) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

S&F for Fe 410-W-Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc for pressed steel frames for doors of size 125X60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate etc.complete as specified and directed .

S & F anodised aluminium door air tight frame made of size 100mm x45mm of sheet thickness 1.5mm with one or more rebate including jointing cleat etc for fixing anodised aluminium door shutter half pannelled with half 5mm thick tinted glass shutter, rail made 80mm x45mm of sheet thickness 1.5mm (top, bottom, middle and side rail) single leaf side hung type including necessary jointing cleat anodised aluminium fillet, aluminium glazing clip with rubber gas gasket with aluminium fitting such as aluminium but hinges 100mm long 3 Nos on each shutter , aluminium anodised handle 150mm, 2 Nos D type for each shutter and locking 6 Lever. one nos. hydrolic door closer . Make- Harrison one on each door . All door fitting except cleat shall be ISI marked .

S&F anodised aluminium sliding type gauzed window,shutter with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm dia of wire and avg width of aperture 1.4mm fixed open track section 100x38mm having two track with members of window shutters of section 38x12mm run over fiber wheel rollers,in above item etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge . incl all necessary fiber wheel rollers sutiable handle to facilitate sliding and all necessary jointing cleats ,rubber packing,Aluminium snap beeding etc all as specified and directed directed by Engineer-in Charge .

S&F anodised aluminium sliding type glazed window,shutter with 4mm thick plain sheet glass fixed open track section 100x38mm having two track with members of window shutters of section 38x12mm run over fiber wheel rollers,in above item etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge . incl all necessary fiber wheel rollers sutiable handle to facilitate sliding and all necessary jionting cleats glazing clip,rubber packing,Aluminium snap beeding etc all as specified and directed directed by Engineer-in Charge .
