Supply of Type-II switches along with optics [SFP-BX 10 KM Single Fiber, SFP+ (10KM/40KM)].

Supply of 19" 42U covered racks of Vero/President /Rittel make having size of 2 approximately 2.2mtr height X 800mm width X 800mm depth and duly approved by the engineer in charge of the work . The rack shall be complete with all fittings for housing of telecom gears as per site.

Supply of Wiremap Tester (Network Microscanner Cable Tester) for CAT-6 and CAT-5 Cable; Make: Fluke Model no. MS2-100 or equivalent specification of reputed make.

Supply of power cable 3 core 2.5 sq mm multi strand (36/0.3 mm dia) cable as per as per RDSO Specification RDSO/SPN/TC/65/2021 Rev.6.0 or with latest amendment suitable for railway electrification area.

Supply of 1KVA Online UPS having one hour backup on full load as per Technical Specification. Note :- For the required backup, Extra Battery Bank with Stand shall be provided by the contractor.

Supply of Optical Fiber Cable, 6 Core Single Mode as per specification.

Supply of 25 mm dia. HDPE pipe with accessories on wall or structure / in trench, etc. for drawing of CAT-6/OFC cable/power cable in the same to suit All materials for jointing, fixing, clamping of HDPE pipe, cutting of masonry wall at the entry of room, repairing of masonry wall , cement plastering at per site requirement are to be supplied by contractor.

Supply of basic material to construct unit maintenance free earth as per RDSO Specs. No RDSO/SPN/197/2008 or latest and conforming to RDSO Drg. No. RSDO/RDSO/E&B/001 dtd.19.09.08 . It consist of following: (a) Copper bonded steel electrode of 3.0 m long, 17.2 mm dia with copper bonding thickness of minimum macrons and UL listed and marked = 1 no. (b) Earth enhancement material supplied in sealed bags of minimum 10kg = 3 nos. © Copper strip of 9 150x25x6 mm, to terminate earth rod = 1 no. (d) Copper strip of 300x25x6 mm (MEEB)= 1no. (e) Copper strip of 150x25x6mm (SEEB) = 1 no.(ii) Supply of 35 sq. mm multistrand single core PVC insulated copper cable as perIS: 694 for connecting main earth electrode to MEEB in the equipment room in duplicate. (minimum 10 meter) (iii) Supply of 16 sq. mm multistrand single core PVC insulated copper cable as per IS: 694 for connecting MEEB to SEEB and SPD to MEEB (minimum 10 meter) (iv) Supply of 10 sq. mm multistrand single core PVC insulated copper cable as per IS: 694 for connecting various equipments to SEEB (v) Supply of copper lug sleeve for 3/16 cable.

B-EXECUTION & SUPPLY-EXECUTION Items

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Graphical User Interface based Client Software-M3S+ (per workstation basis) with support, patch update and AMC for Workstation.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of PC Workstation hardware as per clause no. 11.0 of RDSO Spec RDSO/ SPN/TC/ 65/ 2021 Version 6.0 with Amendment No 1&2 or 2 latest for Viewing, Monitoring and System Management with digital keyboard and loaded with Graphic User Interface Client Software Features per clause no, 18.2.0 of RDSO Specification No RDSO/ SPN/ TC/ 65/ 2021 Version 6.0 with Amendment No 1&2 or latest. Software licenses conditions as per RDSO spec Clause 20.0 of RDSO Specification No RDSO/SPN/ TC/ 65/ 2021 Version 6.0 with Amendment No1&2 or latest.

Supply, Installation & Testing of Display Unit; Screen size: 55", Resolution: 3840x2160 UHD, Type:4k Ultra HD. Make: Samsung, Sony or LG and as per Detailed Specification.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Online UPS system, single phase of rating 1KVA UPS along with Battery suitable for 1hr back-up.

Laying of PVC/Data cable/Power cable/CAT6 cable in through PVC casing capping/pipe on wall including laying material like 3 way/4way junction box ,T-Joint, flexible PVC pipes etc. as per specification.

Supply and installation of 24 port rack mountable LIU along with all accessories suitable for mono mode fiber. LIU supplied should be of slider type and as per instruction of Site engineer.

Splicing and Termination of OFC Cable Fiber in FDMS as well as in OFC Termination Boxes with contractor's own splicing machine and tools and consumables as per directions of Site Engineer. This includes fixing and housing of FDMS, also.

Laying of HDPE pipe duct in trenches/GI Pipe/RCC pipe/on wall/on PF, including jointing and levelling using couplers and sealing the section, etc. as per site requirements.

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan,1.2 Mtr. deep and of 0.3 Mtr. to 0.6 Mtrs wide advised by Engineer-in-charge alongside the track in normal (all type) soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling. This work includes clearing of route 9 from bushes etc, covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer of 50mm thickness approximately before covering. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Western Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. In case 1m depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions, specific approval of JA grade officer will be required for each site where trench depth of 1m is not possible. Without the approval of JA Grade officer, no payment for trenching will be made for trench depth less than 1.2m.

Installation of Unit Maintenance Free Earth as supplied. It includes ( i ) Digging the earth to the required depth. (ii) Insertion of electrode. (iii) Filling of earth enhancing compound (Approx.30 Kg) (iv) Provision of exothermic weld connections to copper tape of 25 mm x 6mm x 150 mm to the earth electrodes. All material tools and features required for weld will be arranged by contractor. (v) This also includes CC cover 1.5 ft x 1.5 ft. 1 ft wall thickness 2 inch with cover 3 inch thickness. Cables 35 Sqmm/ 16 Sq mm/10 sq mm for connecting earth to busbar, busbar to busbar and busbars to various equipments. Earth electrode of 17.20 mm dia and 3.00 meter long high 10 tensile low carbon steel circular rods molecularly bonded with copper and outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness of 250 microns to made requirement of under writer's laboratories (UL) 467-2007 or latest. Copper strips of 150 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm to be welded with each earth electrode, copper strips of 300mm x 25 mm x 6 mm for main equip- potential busbar, copper strips of 150mm x 25 mm x 6mm sub equip-potential busbar in OFC Hut, Relay Room, power room and panel room. GI strip 25 mm x2 mm for ring formation of earth pits Earth enhancement material in bags for each Earth Electrode. Inspection chamber of site 300 mm x 300 mm x300 mm (Inside dimension) of approximate 50 mm thick with pulling hooks to cover the earth pits. Note: The installation of this item shall be carried out by the contractor as per RDSO Specn. No. RDSO/SPN/197/2008 or latest and conforming to RDSO Drg. No. RSDO/RDSO/E&B/001 or latest.

Concealed wiring of Telecom cable in PVC conduit - The price shall cover for concealed wiring of Telecom cable 5 Pair, 10 Pair, 20 Pair, PA Cable/Data Cable PVC insulated, 11 unsheathed, PIJF Cable in concealed manner as per site requirement in PVC conduit (All jointing accessories like junction boxes, 25mm PVC L-bend, T-bend, etc. are to be provide by the contractor). Concrete/Platform surface and its refilling/plastering to its original position after laying of Telecom Cable.

Preparation of cable way 150mm wide at bottom and 200mm deep in rocky area/CC road/Platform and other CC/Stony location and refilling the same (after telecom Cable laying as well 12 as laying PVC pipe which shall be paid separately under different items of the schedule ) with concrete mixture of proportion 1:3:6 all along the trench done rocky area with contractor's own cement mixture, sand, water and other required materials and restoration of earthwork as original with tiles/marble/Granite, etc.
