50.2.33.8:Cutting branches of trees overhanging above any structures of girth beyond 120cm including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material, cost of labour, hire charges of rope and pully etc without making any damages to nearby structures etc complete.

2.32:Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

2.33.2:Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.Beyound 60 cm girth up to and including 120 cm girth

14.72:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .

OD137215/2025-2026:Conveying and fixing MS/ Wooden shutters in the in between scaffolding for making rigid platform for standing man coolies in position (for chipping the civil structures using chisels / demolishing the civil structure using mechanical equipments) including conveyance and hire charges of MS / wooden shutters,placing and fixing shutters in scaffolding pipes, dismantling the shutters after completion of work etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge

OD137216/2025-2026:Supplying and fixing PVC tarpaulin to cover the outer circumferential area completely to avoid air pollution and to avoid spilling of dust and broken concrete particles to the nearby locality as a safety measure as per the direction of engineer in charge.

15.3:Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

2.6.1:Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil

15.18:Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates,bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
