REPAIR/MAINTENANCE HT 11 KV VCBs, OCBs, RELAYS/RMUs AND HT UG CABLES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT INS DRONACHARYA AND SMA RAMESHWARAM UNDER GE FORT KOCHI.

Material and labour for repairing the HT VCB 11 KV unit which is not working properly by removing the mechanism from panel, replacing required parts such as interlock notch assembly, aligning the On-off position etc, removing the dust , lubricating by applying jelly, cleaning the insulators, providing new nut bolts etc as required , reinstalling the HT VCB into panel before testing and then testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Schneider/ABB/CG or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:- (i) Repair Maint of HT VCB to be carried out by authorised technician of OEM Only. (ii) Necessary spares if required for the above repair work will be measured under relevant items below.

Material and labour for servicing of HT VCB 11 KV along with CTs/PTs of current rating up to 800A of any make and type by drawing out breaker assembly from panel and carryingout the following works :-(i) Cleaning /decarbonizing of all fixed and moving contacts, levers, spring using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws nuts bolts spring etc. (ii) Adjust the trolley and out mechanism (iii) Lubricating /greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching and tripping mechanism, automatic shuttering system, necessory brazing turning polishing of main and auxiliary contact demoisturing of insulators etc to be done. (iv) Checking of relays for its operation. (v) Checking of tripping relay including interlocking if any. (vi) Checking of operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, internal wiring circuit etc, tightening of all connections, replacement of HRC fuse, fuze carrier base (if any found u/s) including removing moisture deposit inside the VCB.. (vi) Checking all end terminals, tightening the nut bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt and washers, draw-in the breaker, put in position, engage the VCB with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed. Note:- (i) The cost of cleaning material, HT tape, thinner, cotton waste, monoplast, steel nut, bolt with double washers, HRC fuses, MCB SP upto 6 Amps, fuse carrier base, replacement of complete HT packing/gasket shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor shall isolate and earth the breaker before start the work. (iii) Servicing of HT VCBs should be carried out as per the schedule of shut down prepared by the Engineer-in-charge. No exemption to postpone or cancel the work is permitted unless due to administrative reasons accepted by the Engineer-in-charge. Failure of doing the work as per schedule shall be levied a penalty of Rs 5000/- per job.

All as per srl item No 3 here-in-before but for RMU one No incommer and two No outgoing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only shunt trip coil 24 V DC as per existing size type and suitable for 11 KV HT VCBs of make ABB / ST / SCHNEIDER / SIEMENS/ CG /MEGAWIN/STERLING, as that existing model and capacity complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only main trip lever assembly as per existing size type and suitable for 11 KV HT VCBs of make ABB / ST / SCHNEIDER / SIEMENS/ CG /MEGAWIN/STERLING, as that existing model and capacity complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only isolating contact assembly 400A as per existing size, type and suitable for 11 KV VCB of make Crompton Greaves /L&T/Schneider including taking down old item complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only earthing contact assembly as per existing size, type and suitable for 11 KV VCB of make Crompton Greaves /L&T/Schneider including taking down old item complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only motor and gear assembly as per existing size type and suitable for 11 KV VCB of make Crompton Greaves /L&T/Schneider including taking down old item complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
