Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Retuning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting electric connection from starter, dewatering, cleaning the sewage well complete and supply and fix auto coupling with duck foot bend complete set to non clog sewage submersible pump suitable for 10 to 30HP with complete RCC foundation 1:2:4 tpe B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed store aggregate) for foundation of size 75cmx75cmx20cm including 10mm dia TMT bars @ 10Cm C/C both ways including 8mm frame base plate of size 40cmx40cm including self drill botl s/s steel of size 150mm long and 15mm dia of shank fully threaded 04 Nos complete (the platform shall be lowered in sewage well of approximate 10 to 12mtr deep) and connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dewatering sewage well and taking up non clog sewage submersible pump & motor of capacity 10 to 30HP with foundation base from the sewage well 10mtr depth by lifting chain pully removing rusty & worn out foundation bolt, self anchor bolt, discharge bend, duck foot bracket and refing the same wit hand new foundation bolt, self starter bolts etc and lowering complete in existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking up old and UNSV GI pipe 50mm dia from sewage well 10 to 12mtr deep from PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade to sewage well 10 to 12mtr deep and ceiling incl necessary cutting and threading etc as required length for each pump for guide rail pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dewatering sewage well and taking up rusty & chocked CI rising main 100 mm dia from sewage well 10 to 12mtr deep opening up rusty & worn out nut & bolts cleaning the same with wire brush, bocky & refixing in sewage well by replacing nut, bolts & rubber gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Description all as per ser item No. 12 here in before but 150 mm dia.

S & F CI pipe 100mm dia with flanged ends, centrifugally cast complete with nut, bolts & rubber gasket class 'B' with all fitting including taking up old existing rusted CI pipe from the tranche complete all as specified and directed.

S & F CI Pipe 150mm dia with both end flanged vertically including taking up old existing rusted CI Pipe from the tranche complete with nut & bolts & rubber gasket all as directed.

Supply and fix rubber gasket suitable for 150mm bore DI pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement MS Nut, Bolts & washer of size 5/8x3" & 5/8x4" long complete all as specified

Supply and fix replacement CI fittings Bend, tee, reducer etc for pipe 100mm to 300mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Non Return Valve with flanged ends of size 150mm dia complete including rubber/fiber board gasket, uts washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement CI Sluice valve with flanged ends of size 200mm dia complete with gun metal or stainless steen spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber/fiber board gasket, nuts, waher etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
