Construction of ODC Road from New B and P chambers to Main Road

Construction of sub-grade in stone boulders- hard rock not exceeding 150mm and earthen shoulders to an average of 30 cm depth with approved material, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 etc. complete as per MoRTH Specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Including Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc.

Construction of granular sub-base to an average of 20 cm depth by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on a prepared surface, size not exceeding 75mm mixing by mix in-place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with a vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 etc complete as per MoRTH Specifications . Grading-III -For lower sub-base - Mix in Place Method With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30.

Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub- base (Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base to an average of 15 cm depth over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.)

Cement Concrete Pavement (Construction of reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including required admixtures as per design mix, curing compound and provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, etc., complete all as directed. (dowel bar, tie rod, Joints and sealents will be paid separately under respective items)

Supply and provide HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500D grade (from VSP / SAIL / TISCO / Kamachi ) including transportion, straighting, cutting, bending and 16 gauge binding with annealed binding wire including placing in position with proper cover blocks etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for sides of CC Road etc., complete all as directed

Providing contraction / Construction joints 6mm width X 25mm depth (10mm thick Backer Rod and 15mm depth poly sulphide Sealent) filled with grade 'B' sealent compound with conforming to IS:l 1834 all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Expansion joints 25mm width X 300mm depth (250mm depth Bitumen filler Board, 35mm thick Backer Rod and 15mm depth poly sulphide Sealent) filled with grade 'B' sealent compound with conforming to IS:l 1834 all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge).

Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors, windows, grills etc., of required colour using approved branded paints like Asian / Berger / Nerolac, after removal of rust using wire brush or sand paper to give an even shade on old work including applying one coat of zinc rich primer complete all as directed
