Construction of Precast compound wall at lease hold and free hold land of IKIWL, Barbil in the district of Keonjhar.

Cleaning & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbes,sapling and trees girth upto 300mm ,removal of stumps of trees cut earier and disposal of unsevicable materials and stacking of servicable materials to be used or auctioned up to lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness and as per direction of EIC.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineerin- charge within an initial lead of 5km from the place of excavation complete.

Earth Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth including laying, watering and ramming inclusive of all cost of labour , T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

P.C.C. of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation using 40 mm. size crusher broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. comp as per direction of EIC.

PCC M-15 grade concrete in foundation and plinth with 20mm down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including lowering,laying concrete to required levels, watering and curing finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T & P required for the work etc.required to complete as per direction of EIC. In foundation

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills in footing

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills in column

Supplying fitting and fixing of RCC Precast and Pre-stressed Column with RCC M-20 grade concrete of size 140 X 140X 2400mm made for compound wall purpose having grooves of 50X50mm in both side with 4mm10 nos of 4mm dia GI HTPC wire and placing in proper position in pit so as to fixing of precast slab in proper manner including cost of all labour, Materials, conveyance, lead & lift, royalty etc. to complete the work in all respect as per drawing and directions of EIC. The pre cast column shall be tested and approved before use. Payment shall be released after submission of test report of test checked sample.

Supplying fitting and fixing of Precast and Pre-Stressed RCC Slab with RCC M-20 grade concrete of size 1800X300X40 mm made for compound wall propose fixed on RCC Column in grooves of 50X50mm in both side with 4nos 4mm GI HTPC wire and placing in proper position including cost of all labour, Materials, conveyance, lead & lift, royalty etc. to complete the work in all respect as per drawing and directions of EIC. The pre cast slab shall be tested and approved before use. Payment shall be released after submission of test reports of test checked samples.

Supplying HYSD bars of approved quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work in all floors, including cost,conveyance of HYSD bars Fe500 and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour,T & P and other materials complete in all respact as directed by the EIC.

Supplying,fitting,fixing M.S grill gate with locking arrangement made out of M.S angle and M.S flats of size required as per drawing including welding and fixing to proper place with C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm thick HBG chips including cost, conveyance of materials cost of all labour,T & P etc. required complete as per direction of EIC.

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces/ ceiling finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment including watering and curing etc. Comp. with cost , conveyance, of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with anticorrosive paint of appd. Brand of synthetic enamel paint cost, carriage and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer to iron works including cost of all materials cost of all labour and T&P, scaffolding etc required for the work etc. comp. (paints of Burger, Nerolac, J&N & Asian ICI Brand is to be used.)
