Making arrangement of stop leakage from delivery and suction side providing/ fixing of blank plate of both sides as required and arrangement of other safety items

Supply of MS black pipe of size 600 mm diameter and of thickness 9.5 mm. Make: - Jindal Star/ ISI mark

Supply of M.S Slipon weldable Flange of size 600 mm, Heavy Duty. ISI mark

Fabrication of MS taper of size 600/350 with MS flange of 600 mm diameter with 20 nos. holes. MS taper to be made from 10 mm thick duly making taper of rolling welded in all side round length and both ends. Flanges duly painted as required (as per sample).

Supply of rubber ring of 20 mm thickness of suitable strength as required

Supply of Nut, Bolts, and washer as per site requirement of good quality.

Fabrication of 600 mm dia. dismantle joint with the help of cutting, welding, grinding, finishing with machine and manual labour includes painting with red oxide primer and anticorrosive black paint as per site requirement.
