S&F in repair False Ceiling with Fully perforated 10mm thick Square edged GRG False Ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Nomocombustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120grams per Sqm incliuding both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15x32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per Sqm) i.e. 50mm lon, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster os size 85x25x2mm. (Note : Proportion of mix and method of mixing of approved liquid water proofer admixture should be applied as per manufacturer's printed instructions) (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these iems.)

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer's instructions with following course of description below :- (i) Applying a priming one coat of bituminious primer evenly @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.60 Kg/Sqm and minmum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) centre core laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75mm and end overlap of 100mm. All overlap joints shall br sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (iii) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium pain @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP Membrance. (Note: the work in respect of water proofing treatment shall be carried out only by authorized/approved applicator of the manufacturer/firms as approved by GE of app membrane. The contractor shall submitted 10 year company back warranty before claiming payments complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M&L for preparation of old surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls surface including salt, glue and blue etc. as required incl cleaning of glass panes, floor and plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.130 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation old surfaces of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of acrylic distemper on walls including cornices, pilasters etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No.132 here in above but on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preperation of old painted concrete/tile floor surfaces of any description includig scraping, brushing, brooming down and repair surface with Primer and applying two coats of Indigo emulsion fioor paint any tint / shade over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preperation of old painted plastered or stone surfaces of any description and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint of asian paint or other equivelent as approved complete upto four storey height all as specified and as directed. (Note : The work is required to be carried out upto 6th storey building. The cost of scaffolding shall be deemed to be included in the item. The contractor shall also make necessary safety arrangement for labour)

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering of soak well or sewage pit of any dia and depth manually or by using pump and removal of sludge if any to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.
