Taking out Non clog submersible sewage pumping set from equilisation tank at STP (after and including dewatering of well) of 7.5 HP capacity Make- Kirloskar by lifting and dismantling the same for assessing and carrying out the repair/serving and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts as listed in subsequent items and making good in running condition with balancing, reassembling and lowering the same in well & fixing on the foundation making connections and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The replaced parts of pump shall be measured & paid separately here-in-after as supply only. (b) Dewatering of well upto max 500 mtr distance from well shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Rewinding of motor 7.5 HP non clog submersible sewage pumping set Make- Kirloskar with suitable size and proper guage of winding wire using best quality of super enamelled copper wire and insulation material including all other connected items complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Taking out centrifugal induction motor from foundation and transport to work shop for rewinding and taking out burnt winding wire from motor of capacity 20 HP three phase , rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge or as per existing gauge complete including all required insulation material and transport back to site after testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make of wire: Finolex/Plaza/Havells. Note : (a) The Motor testing will be done before installation on No load for any unbalance load and should be free from vibration and if found unsatisfactory no payment will be done to contractor for defected motor. (b) Necessary thimbles, lugs, insulation tape, nut bolts and all items required for installation of motor at site will be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No extra payment will be done to contractor.

Supply and fixing in replacement front & rear bearing suitable for 20 HP motor as per existing cat part and make all as specified and direcred. Note: (a) The rate of dismantling and refixing of motor from pump with complete accessories are included of quoted in the same item. (b) The alingnment of shaft should be checked during installation of motor with pump in all respect. The contractor will bear the cost of repair in case of failure of motor occurs due to misalingment and no extra payemnt will be paid to contractor.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 200 dia including necessary excavation earth work required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly including welding work and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L carrying out the Tests of treated water from NABL approved lab every month and maintain the record of treated sewage as per frequency :- (i) PH Valve (ii) TSS (iii) BOD (iv) COD (v) Oil & Grease (vi) FC Min (vii) Nitrate CN Note:- Test report should be submiited at the end of month by contractor .otherwise penalty of Rs. 1000/- will be imposed.

Supply only chemicals PAC (Sodium Hypo chloride) required to achieve desired parameter of treated water and required spares for operation of the plant, at least one month requirement of the materials required shall be kept at site at a time etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply only chemicals PE (Poly Electrolite) required to achieve desired parameter of treated water and required spares for operation of the plant, at least one month requirement of the materials required shall be kept at site at a time etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning of tanks after desludging from sewage tanks (Raw Sewage Tank-01 No, treated water tank -01 No, Chlorine Contact Tank-01 No ) etc shall be carried out with water and chemical as applicable and complete white wash after cleaning the tanks and dates of cleaning shall be marked on tank etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Scraping old existing paint from pipes of different sizes including making smooth surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing/approved colour as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement water meter of 150 mm dia including flange , nut bolts.welding work etc as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Obtaing the consent to operate for five years from Haryana State pollution control Board under water act for 1.5 MLD STP installation at allenby line in Sec C .Note:- Contractor will provide original payment details and consent from State pollution Board to department.

Supply and fixing in replacement flex board of minimum size 4feet x 3 feet including angle iron stand with painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Detail of printing material for flex will be provided by department.
