Earthwork in excavation for foundation of in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed fit for laying concrete and deposited the excavated materials away from work site etc complete.

Filling Foundation & Plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost of sand, conveyance of material, labour, T & P etc. complete.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm and down gradedhard granite crusher broken metal including all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge.

R.C.C-M-25 using 20mm and down graded chips laying & lowering concrete watering curing etc complete including cost of Steel Centering and Shuttering all comp.

Plinth Band-

Supplying cutting, bending, straightening,placing & binding of uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification etc complete.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in foundation & plinth cost, carriage, royalty etc. complete.

16mm thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) over brick work with cost, carriage royalty etc. complete.

12mm thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) over brick work with cost, carriage royalty etc. complete.

Providing fitting fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T section No.3215 with 2'0" center to center, L section No.1705 on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'0"x2'0" with 9 mm thick Prelaminated particle board (Novapan standard type) (I.S.I.) suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials labour T & P etc. as per direction of Engineer -In -charge. in Ground Floor

Wall Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion Paint in Ground Floor etc complete.

Painting two coats with any approved colour of weather seal coat over a coat of Water Bound Wall cement Primer to out side surface of wall etc complete.
