Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description and thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured non-skid ceramic-coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non-skid ceramic-coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non-skid ceramic-coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc including backing coat of 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic-coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 16mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade including demolition of existing Granite complete all as specified and directed
