Fitting and providing one HT Stay for 11kV pole, including digging and back filling pit in ordinary soil.
Fitting one set AB switch on existing DP, giving connection and drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads to the ground for earthing, excluding provision of earthing.
Fitting one Additional 2.4m/3m Channel cross arm (100x50x6mm), in existing 11kV DP including conveyance of materials.

Fitting and erecting one HT Double Pole Structure using A type pole in position including fitting 2 No. channel cross arm, digging and back filling pit in ordinary soil, drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads through all cross arms to the ground for earthing (excluding provision of earthing).
Labour charges for loading HT A type pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transportation by any vehicle).
Mounting and connecting HT XLPE UG cable ends of all sizes upto and including 3x300 sq mm with special type cable clamps, bolts, nuts, terminal protectors etc.including cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary jumper connections.

Doing straight joint on HT XLPE UG cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and including 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit supplied departmentally as per specification after providing proper traffic signalling and caution board fencing etc. wherever necessary, including charges for cable jointer and other sundries etc. as per the direction of departmental officers at site.
Doing one cable end termination on HT XLPE UG cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and including 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit supplied departmentally after making fencing,caution board and all other safety measures including charges for cable jointer etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.
Providing one Earth using GI earth pipe of size 38.1mm dia, 2.5m length including digging separate pit (0.45x0.45x2.5m) at standard distance (1.5m) away from the pole/structure in ordinary soil & backfilling the pit with 15cm alternate layer of charcoal, salt and sand up to 90cm from the bottom. including the cost of 20kg salt, 25kg charcoal, excluding supply of earth pipe.
Transporting poles by hired vehicle to a distance upto 5km and carrying upto 4 numbers of poles excluding loading& unloading charges.
Transporting UG Cable
Stringing of one km 3 PH 11kV line with XLPE Insulated ACSR Raccoon or equivalant (3 conductors) after fitting insulators, binding conductors to pin insulators using suitable tie and anchoring with wedge type anchoring clamps including cutting and removing tree branches wherever necessary excluding cut point works.
Fitting one Additional 75x40mm, 1.8m Channel cross arm in existing single pole including conveyance of materials.
Fitting one Additional V cross arm in existing single pole including conveyance of materials.
PROVIDING CEMENT CONCRETE 1:3:6(1 CEME NT:3SAND:6GRADED STONE 40MM NOMINAL SIZE)
Excavation of cable trench of appropriate size ( normally 1.2m deep and 0.35m /0.5m wide for single/double run) in all classes of soil including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of soil bank etc. and back filling the soil after cable laying and consolidating the soil in layers of 75cm (excluding laying of cable).
Laying HT XLPE UG cable of sizes beyond 3x185 sq mm and upto and including 3x300 sqmm including conveying cable from Sub Regional Store/stacking place to work site and laying it carefully using cable rollers, taking through stone ware/G.I.pipes at road crossing/culverts/bridges etc. whereever necessary, providing identification tags at 5m intervals, filling the space around the cable with riddled soil and covering the top with bricks, providing cable route markers at 100m intervals, inclusive of cost of all materials (other than cost of GI/HDPE pipe & UG Cable), labour and transport including crane charges excluding excavation and backfilling.
Doing horizontal directional drilling along/across roads, meter supplying and pulling 125mm dia HDPE pipe and drawing 11KV 3 X 300 sq.mm, Aluminium XLPE UG Cable through the HDPE pipe, including surveying the site for collecting information about underground utility installations and other obstructions using suitable modern sensing equipment, restoring the damages occured if any, pit marking, pilot drilling, pre ramming, closing of pits with normal soil/filled sand/crusher sand and consolidation to the satisfaction of the road owner and traffic police as they insist, taking cable to the open trenches, RMUs, transformer yards etc mounting the cable after providing loop at 1.2m depth, pulling HDPE (PE 80, PN6 kgf/cm2) at rising point(0.5m below ground level and 1.5m above ground level), testing, commissioning, placing route markers at 100m interval, writing identification name, date of laying, date of commissioning etc legibly at the cable raising point using polyurethane paint etc as per the direction of department officers including cost & transportation of HDPE pipe and coupler and excluding conveyance of cable.
