PART-I:- Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5 above but except stone.

MS angle iron work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 or wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only Chain link hot dipped galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS round bars 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring existing barbed wire any description, including making good stapples and tying with mild steel binding wire (wherever required) etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new painted concrete, brick, stone or plastered surfaces of any description (like kerb stone etc.) not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming coat, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Preparation of old painted concrete, brick, stone or plastered surfaces of any description (like kerb stone etc.) not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4), including raking out joints to existing or new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, lintel over 1.50m span, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. For flat finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 5mm dia and over up to 10mm, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete M-15 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate louvres and jallies, 50mm thick (mea sured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame Set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for slate tiles locally available best quality fixed on wall with neat cement slurry/paste including rendering 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonary/brick masonary, size and pattern as approved by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors bore 110mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement M-15 nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Providing precast cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match Set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying material and labour for applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and appling two coats of cement base, complete all as specified and directed.

Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 including taking and removing rubbish, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10 type C-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for internal dia of pipe 300mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 300mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 nominal mix type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 nominal mix type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter For flat finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50 metre wide & n exc 1.50 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returining filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each layer of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil toa distance exceding 1.50km but n exc 2km and deposting where directed at a level n exc 1.50m high from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.
