Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated (FRLSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volt grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC casing caping with all accessories and PVC rectangular boxes for mounting switch, socket and fan regulator etc complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note:- Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, Black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing, separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from distribution board.

One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator.

One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board.

One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

All as per item No. 2 above but with stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated cable 1100 Volt grade ISI-694 marked for 3 pin, 15 Amp socket outlet, independent, including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakelite with three terminals all as specified.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type button single pole one way 5 Amps with cover plate all as specified.

Supply and fix socket outlet 3/5 pin 5 Amps flush type with cover plate all as specified.

Supply and fix switch socket outlet 3 pin 5 Amp and 3 pin 15 Amps 2 in 1 universal with cover plate all as specified.

Supply and fix ceiling fan regulator socketed, step type, flush type heavy duty suitable to work on 230 volts Ac supply complete with cover plate all as specified.

Supply and fix lamp Angular holder insulated body with back plate suitable for batten fittings all as specified.

Taking down carefully unserviceable submain wiring of any type and size including all accessories and making good to the disturbed surfaces all as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with four single core PVC insulated cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq. mm nominal area and drawing into PVC non metallic rigid PVC casing including one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one unit

Dismantling old unserviceable main switches, sheet metal enclosures DB including MCBs etc and keeping in safe custody either for reuse or for disposal including making good to the disturbed surface of wall all as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated single phase DB for fixing of MCBs, 8 ways double door with bus bar including grouting on the wall by means of screws and rawal plugs and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified.

Supply and fix MCB SP 240 volts, 50 Hz capacity 6-32 Amps all as specified.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 240 volts, 50 Hz of capacity 40 Amps all as specified.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any type from existing location carrying out cleaning and servicing and refixing in existing / new location with provn of ‘S’ type fan hook including connecting electrically with provn of new cable including painting of fans complete, in situ with approved synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, writing MES Nos in Roman Block letters / figures and all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for removing the burnt out copper winding from ceiling fan and cleaning of slots & then re-winding with super enamelled wire of existing gauge incl all associated materials such as super cotton tape, film paper dry inmlation varnish, tape, insulation etc and heating, varnishing, replacement of bearings of suitable size etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair plastic body exhaust fan, AC single phase, 240 V of size 250 mm sweep with louvers including necessary connection and replacement of flexible copper cable from ceiling rose and taking down of old unserviceable fan complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 4mm dia GI wire protected by 25 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternaterlayers of 15 cm thickness all around the GI plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 6mm MS rod for handle, necessary excavation and earth wok in hard/dense soil and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing change over switch of any size/type and supply and fix and connecting to the electric system on load change over switch 4 pole in sheet metal enclosure 415 volts 50 Hz of 100 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells Cat part No. IHBFFEO100 or equivalent make of L&T/SCHNEIDER/SIEMENS/ABB

Supply and fix storage water heater 25 ltrs capacity, 2 KW and 5 star rating with all accessories and connecting to the electrical and water supply system all as specified. Make:- USHA-SWH-AQUAGENIE 25 ltr pattern or equivalent make of Bajaj/Racold

Dismantling of unserviceable UG cable including of any size and all as directed.

Supply and lay cable or fixed to wall/floors XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cable heavy duty with stranded alluminium conductors,1100 volt grade, 25 Sq mm, 3.5 Core all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Returning, filling in with soil obtained from excavation including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick protection cover to underground cable with sub class "B" over brunt brick (locally available best quality) laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse and for sand cushioning for under ground cable including spreading and puning down desired thickness compete all as specified. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

Material and labour GI tube light grade 40 mm for protection of UG cable including dismantling of old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pie technology upgraded copper pipe in pipe technology electrode. Earthing system conforming IS 3034. The outers and inner pipe should be 76.2 mm and 41.9mm dia, 3 mtrs length, copper pipe 300mm on the top side for additional protection of the terminal. The angular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Electrodite/Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), The BFC should be eco friendly, it should not contain environmental hazardous material/metal having RoHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (Each bags should be 25 Kgs) extra per pit/unit. As the earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provided a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The materials should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. Make:-Earth Soul ES03 LLL or equivalent make of Elmech.

Material and labour for copper strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground as earth continuity conductor for mesh earthing or connection upto test point including dyna roof screw all as specified.

Material and labour Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with necessary fixing arrangment as specified.

Material and labour Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos, dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw made of brass complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate all as specified.

Material and labour for tube light grade galvanised of size 40mm bore with all fitting all as specified.

Material and labour rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even all as specified.
