Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for laying of cable/ erection of poles in Soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling riddled soil to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including spreading and punning down including watering consolidation complete all as specified. Note : Thickness of stone dust will be paid after cushioning after punning.

Supply and lay sub class "B" burnt bricks, as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in of soil including spreading leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

S&F Outdoor type junction box of size 200x140x 90mm with MCB three pole of capacity 32 Amps,DIN Rail etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing road upto 30 cm deep for laying of cable and making surface good with P.C.C. 1:2:4 type B-2,100 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm dia GI pipe, light grade, as in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of not less than 16 m High galvanized mast light suitable for holding 08 Nos LED Floodlight of 200 Watt system and along with their control gear and having two points suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 gauge and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightening arrester spike with single phase operation power tool installed inside the base compartment complete all as comprising the following :- Note:- The rate deemed to be included for foundation and necessary civil works as per OEM, how ever unit rate is exclusive of flood lights which will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete as including taking down of existing item complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying a coat of Cement base paint to PCC Pole 9 meter long and writing pole number with synthetic enamel paint (White with black base) including applying a coat of aluminium paint to FI Clamps/ Brackets and applying oil paint black and yellow colour alternatively upto 1.2 mtr for complete all as specified and as directed.
