Construction Work: Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the Work "Sewerage network and pumping stations in newly developed areas of Bhubaneswar City (left out area) at AIIMS Nagar, Sijua, Patrapada, Kalinga nagar K-9 A,B, Bhagabanpur etc. (Package-VII) including operation & maintenance for a period of five years” on engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) contract. all complete as per terms, conditions, scope of work and technical specification stipulated in Draft Agreement and as per conditions of RFP Document. The offer price is submitted in accordance with the bidding documents and the agreement in Appendix-IB (Letter Comprising the Financial Bid).
Operation & Maintenance (excluding energy charge): Cost of operation and maintenance of the above Sewerage pumping station and sewerage network systems as per scope in the RFP & Agreement during 1st Year including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.
Cost of operation and maintenance of the above Sewerage pumping station and sewerage network systems as per scope in the RFP & Agreement during 2nd Year including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.
