Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine driven generating set including acoustic enclosure as per current CPCB norms automatic mains faillure panel fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 320 KVA /256 KW,continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts , AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ ,1500 RPM, Governing class (As per ISO 8528 Part-V) directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads & other accessories etc comprising of following:- Diesel engine : Water cooled turbocharger of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM confirming to BS 5514 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in any 12 continuous hours operation and designed and tested for 50°C ambient temperature with standard fittings. Alternator:- 320 KVA alternator, 3 phase, Power factor:- 0.8, Rated generating voltage:- 230/415V, screened protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR, the alternator has following features:-(i) 'H' class insulation (ii) IP23 protection with insulation class H (iii) +/- 1.0% voltage regulation (maximum) in static condition (iv) permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operations Control Panel : Control panel is manufactured with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for weather-proof and long lasting finish. including the following:- PowerCommand Controller Aluminum bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/ outgoing terminals Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’ Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. GI strip beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 Sqmm, 3.5 core all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches,in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Tibba sand filling/clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for stone slab 40mm to 50mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 cm to 30 cm wide and not less than 50cms in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA With MCCB box, 2mm thick duly powder coated all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, installation, testing & commission air cooled inverter type with non CFC gas split air conditioner capacity 2 TR, BEE 5 star rating comprising of indoor & outdoor unit. The evaporator & condenser coil shall be made of copper, including control wiring, stand for fixing outdoor unit on wall/floor insulated copper tubing for connection the indoor and outdoor. Note:- The cost of copper tubing & control wire upto 3 Mtr shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 05 KVA all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the2x4.0 sq. mm + 1x2.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, multi stranded IS-694 marked cable in surface/ recessed in PVC conduit as required all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps,240 volts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
