Construction of Crematorium shed with periphery Development at Gada Andhia near Kushabhadra River Bridge Under MSBY in Ward No-08 of NIMAPARA NAC For 2025-26.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraullic excavator)/manual means overareas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) inculding disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m with all lead andlift including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Labourcess ,Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, T & P required for the work complete asdirected by the Engineer- in- charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinths with filling sand, well watered, compacted, dressed and leveled to proper gradient etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of P.C.C. of 1:4:8 with 4 c.m size hard granite metal in foundation trenches, under floors in line level including curing and ramming etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hosting and laying with Centering & Shuttering etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. RCC in Column Foundation

Providing M.S reinforcement for R.C.C work including cutting, bending, and tying the grlls and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 22 gauge etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

F.A. brick 25cm x 11cm x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75kg/sq cm with dimensional tolerance +2 percent (Below Plinth)

Providing Avg. 20 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) to outside surface etc., as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Avg. 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) to outside surface etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm thick Artifical Stone Flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size crusher broken granite chips as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 (Two) or more coats with Cement Paint of premium brand Such as Asian/ Berger/ ICI paints or equivalent of approved quality & colour, using required quantities of paint as specified by the manufacturer to give an even shade over a coat of wall priming(water based) on the finished external plastered surface at all height , watering the surface before applying the Weather Coat Paint and curing for the required period including cost, coveyance, loading , unloading ,stacking and all taxes , cost of all Labour, Labour cess, Sundries ,Scafffolding ,Staging and T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing average 25 mm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size hard granite chips as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Making plinth protection 150 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Crusher broken) including all cost, conveyance , royality etc. complete.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismentalingthen after casting including cost of materials complete.

Providing,laying factory made chamfered ascement concrete pavor block of required strength thickness & size/shape made by table vibratorymethod to attain soperior smooth finish using PU or equivaient moulds,laid in required greeye colour &pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand ,compacting and proper embeding/laying of inter locking paver block into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand infootpath parks,lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc.all complete as per manufactures specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
