Repairing and maintenance work of old and damaged roof work on control room building after cleaning the roof laying RCC with cement, sand and 20mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:1.5:3 excluding supply of reinforcement including necessary cantering and shuttering etc. including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Reinforcement for RCC work including cost of all size of bars, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete in all respect.

Cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand : 12 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slop and camber in panels as required including consolidation, finishing and temping complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slop ad camber in panels as required including consolidation, finishing and temping complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Brick work with machine perforated bricks of class designation 125 conforming to IS 2222 1991 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand) with FPS bricks as per direction of engineer in charge.

Repairing and maintenance work of old and damaged plaster wall and roof at different place by scraping away the old plaster and carrying out the new plaster work is cement plaster of 12 mm thick and mix 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Fine sand) including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc complete in all respect.

Making of staircase with heavy section of MS channel, angle, pipe and flat by cutting, welding and grinding suitable for comfortably reach at control room roof including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Painting of staircase with one coat iron primer and two coat enamel paint of required shade after rubbing the surface by sand paper including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. for completion of all work.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Supply and application of best indian class wall putty on inner walls of control room, ACDB room, guard room, office etc.in 2 mm thick proportion including the work scrubbing, cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and application of two coats of best quality Acrylic smooth interior paint of required shade in inner walls of control room, ACDB room etc. Two or more coat applied 1.43 Ltr./10Sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 2.20 Lg/10Sqm, cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and application of two coats of best quality Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additive of required shade in outer surface of wall of control room, ACDB room etc. Two or more coat applied 1.43 Ltr./10Sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 2.20 Lg/10Sqm, cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Painting of Battery room with black enamel paint with rubbing the old surface by sand paper, repairing by fixing of putty including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc for completion of all work.

Painting of wood door with two coat wood primer and two coat enamel paint of required shade with rubbing the old surface by sand paper, repairing by fixing of wood putty including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc for completion of all work.
