Replacement worn-out cushion and tapestry cloth, for the seat shall be of 75mm thick foam of 40 density of make sleep well/kurlon covered with good quality tapestry cloth of approved shade (cost of cloth less than Rs. 250/- per meter) as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge. complete all as shown on drawing and as directed. Make: Sleepwell/ Kurlon / Featherlite.

Scratching the entire wooden pallets of chair with electric grinder, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with different type of sand emery papers, the chair shall be french polished with high gloss finish after properly cleaning and smoothening the surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

[Repair to charpoy GI pipe FD-220] Taking out unserviceable parts of charpoy GI pipe with nylon newar as under, replacing the same as per drawing and making functional detailed as under:-

Replacing of existing old unserviceable and worn out long rail with new one made out of GI pipe medium grade ISI marked and conforming to IS-1239,32 mm bore duly threaded up to 46 mm on one end and 22 mm at the other end , complete all as shown in drawing and as directed

Replacement of existing old unserviceable and worn out short rail with new one made out of unserviceable long rail retrieved against Sl no item No 2.01 here- in- before duly threaded up to 46mm on one end and 22mm at the other end, complete all as shown in drawing and directed.

Replacement of existing old unserviceable and worn out legs with new one made out of unserviceable long rails and short rails retrieved against Sl item No 2.01 and 2.02 here- in- before duly threaded, complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of existing old worn out/ broken check nuts with new check nut of 32 mm dia and 8 mm thick, complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of existing old worn out and broken three way GI elbow with new GI elbow 3 way of 32 mm bore ISI marked, complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of existing old worn out/missing GI plugs in legs of charpoy GI pipe with new GI plug 32 mm bore ,weight not less than 150 gms per plug complete all as shown in drg as directed.

Taking out old worn-out/ unserviceable nylon newar and supply and fixing 12mm thick, 7 ply BWR grade ISI marked conforming to IS-303 type BB plywood, commercial type of size 1980x905mm with 8 mm dia round head counter shank bolts, nuts with washer by drilling 3 holes each on long rails and 2 holes each on short rails, complete all as shown in drg and as directed.

Repair of CHAIR DINING JCO/ORs (MAP):-FD/MAP-II/05 Removing the unsv worn out PVC seat for chair dining JCO/ORs (MAP) and re-canning of chair dining with plastic cane of ½ round 2.0mm wide & 0.40mm thick, woven in mat/godrej pattern and border round and back with 4mm wide of approved quality after making holes for canning of seat shall be 3mm dia and kept at a distance of 12.5mm center to center complete all as per drawing/ directed by Engineer-in –charge. Polishing to chair new or old with two coats of french polish after filling the holes cracks with putty and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/brunt saina on the surface to direct vision complete.

4 Nos hard rubber/PVC toes shall be provided to each leg of table.

Repair to Chair Computer, Make-Ornate, Model No 621:-(TP)

S&F in repair twin wheel castors (01 set of wheel assembly i.e. 05 twin wheels) complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of broken/unsv pedestal assembly with complete set complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of broken/unsv tilting mechanism with new tlting mechanism, complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of broken/unsv gas lifting mechanism complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of broken/unsv handle make up of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant.

Replacement of unsv/worn-out foam on top of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered polyurethane foam. The back foam shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lapping all foam shall be of 40 density and 50mm thickness.

Replacement of worn-out fabric and PVC lapping with new fabric as the colour of fabric approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge the fabric material shall be of acrylic, polyester, poly-viscose, polypropylene, the PVC lapping all around the foam and fabric.

Replacement of broken handle with new steel bow handle of 100 mm long superior quality. complete all as shown in drawing and as directed

Repair to Chair Writing, Make-Ornate, Model No 759:-(TP)

S&F in repair 25mm dia MS pipe for various parts of chair writing shall be of 16 G (1.6mm) thick of external dimensions as shown in drawings.

Replacement of broken/unsv hand board (Openable type) shall be of 18mm pre laminated particle board top exterior grade with 2mm PVC edging. Hand board shall be hinged at right hand side of chair arm screwed.

Replacement of broken/unsv tilting mechanism with new tlting mechanism, complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

S&F new hard rubber shoe in all legs.

All the steel surface chair writing shall be black powder coated
