Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 MORD . including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges etc., complete.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with vibratory roller 80-100 KN to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges etc., complete.., complete.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded meterial (i.e 9.5 mm to 4.75 mm size Selected earth of 66% and stone dust of size < 2.36mm @ 34% ) having soaked CBR not less than 15% and Plasticity Index < 6 and stacking at site to the departmentel gauge for pre measurements and mixing them and spreading the same with Tractor grader in uniform layers of loose thickness of not more than 225mm including mixing by mix in place method with rotavator and compacting at OMC with Vibratory roller 8 to 10 Tonnes capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per IRC technical specification clause 402 (3) (iii) of MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes for Grading 2 material to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Vibratory roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 MORD. For compacted thickness of 75 mm. including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete for Grade II

Collection & Supply of selected earth including cost,conveyance, seigniorage and labour charges and stacking to Departmental guage for pre-measurements for protective carpet

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material (Grading III)/ Close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN / Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD / MORTH.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Construction of un-reinforced, jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, using M30 nominal mix , thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 M30(Grade), coarse and fine agregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse agregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints using Mastic pad/ primer, construction joint, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.22 including seignorage charges.(with dowel bars) including Cement,Sand,Metal As per circular Memo 1073 dated: 25-1-2016 of PS to Govt.

Construction of Shoulders by providing selected earth having minimum CBR of 10%, MDD not less than 1.85 g/cc with LL & PI not more than 40% and 20 respectively and spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, and compacted at OMC with vibratory roller 80-100 kN to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with as per Technical Specification Clause 303 & 407 MORD, by using machinery including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST and seigniorage etc., complete.

Filling with Selected earth in trenches and foundations from approved source spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface including cost and conveyance of all charges etc complete. For Shoulders.
