REPAIR/ MIANT OF REPLACEMENT OF LT UG CABLES, LT PANEL BOARDS/ FEEDER PILLAR, APFC PANELS, SWITCH GEARS ETC AND INCL COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF APFC PANELS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and making good bottom surface for laying/ removing of cable, erection of poles in soft/ loose soil complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, and depositing where directed complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and Above sand shall be obtained through digging at site 500 mtrs distance and transporting to site for punned use to sand cushioning up to 18cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Material and labour for burnt bricks subclass B laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Taking out UNSV UG cables of any sizes from trenches/walls including all mounting accessories and GI tubing and keeping aside in safe custody for relaying after repairs including making good to disturbed areas, complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of UG cable Nominal cross section Area of 10 to 50 sqmm 2/4 core after testing, carrying out of joining works complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Necessary Joints will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch A

Material and labour for XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable having cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100-volt grade, Heavy grade conforming to IS :7098 (Part 1) laid in trenches/Ducts or passing through pipes or fixing on poles etc complete all as specified and directed. with stranded aluminium conductor of size laid in trenches, ducts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable having cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100-volt grade, Heavy grade conforming to IS :7098 (Part 1) laid in trenches/Ducts or passing through pipes or fixing on poles etc complete all as specified and directed. with stranded aluminium conductor of size laid in trenches, ducts etc complete all as specified and as directed.
