PROVN OF ADDITIONAL OUTPUT CAPACITY FOR OVERHEAD FILLING POINT ALONGWITH CERTAIN WORK AT VARIOUS LOCATION UNDER AF STATION PHALODI

Surface excavation n.exc(not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any excavation in SDR/Loose soil/PCC/Hardstanding/Interlocking tiles/Bituminous pavement shall be carried out by manual mode only irrespective of Tech/Residential area. In case of mechanical excavation engaged by the contractor, any fault due to rupturing of communication/power/any other utility lines shall be rectified by appropriate joint as per direction of Engr-in-Charge/GE/Stn Auth as deemed fir and no extra cost will be paid in this respect.

Removing excavated mateerial n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed. M&L for returning, filling incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm as in sof disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone masonry/pcc block masonry built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L broken stone boulders of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 Cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick surface finised even and Chequred finish without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in floors having design mix using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.
