Special Repairs to HT system by replacing two pole four pole structure in RMU with HT UG cable at INA Ezhimala

Dismantling steel poles of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Taking down old unserviceable overhead ACSR conductor of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MS chanel,cross arm, clamp, and all accessoties complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Taking down old unserviceable insulator of any size/type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Dismantling gang operated Air break switch vertical/horizontal mounted triple pole mechanically operated for replacement all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Taking down/out HT UG cable of size up to 300 sqmm including removing electrical connection and keeping aside serviceable cable including removing cable protection cover etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note: The unserviceable cable retrieved from taking down will become contractor's property and recovery will be made under schedule of credit.

Supply and laying XLPE insualted screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade earthed cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core and all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Exacavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and depth and getting out in hard and dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returing and filling in including levelling watering and well ramming into layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from starting point.

Supply and spreading river sand/ribbed earth for cushioning and covering of the UG cable in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat size:- 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm and all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Relaying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat size:- 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm obtained from item no 06 complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Relaying serviceable HT UG cable of size up to 300 sqmm obtained from item no 06 complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
