Material & labour for carry out leak test for the chiller type system by extracting the existing available gas from the system to separate cylinder storing and pressure testing the complete system with dry nitrogen and check the leaks , identifying the leaks, rectification of leaks by brazzing / welding at the leak points/replacing by damaged valve gland package / gasket etc, and after rectification of all the leaks pressure testing the complete system up to 300 PSI at high side , 200 PSI at low side of the system, holding the pressure for 24 hrs and vaccumising the complete system after releasing the dry nitrogen and charging the refrigerent gas to system and testing & comissioning the plant checking all controls for the 25 TR capacity of make : Voltas / Blue star, shell and condensers complete all as specified and as directed.(Loc- Signal Section and ICU MH)

All as per Sl item No. 3.00 but capacity of 65 to 100 TR (Loc- OT MH and Raina Auditorium)

Carrying out repairs and Maintenance , attending to breakdown of 3 to 100 TR liquid/Air chiller central AC plant as per the following scope of the work given below including carrying out general repairs/ servicing to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plants to the entire satisfaction of users/department complete all as specified and as directed.

Scope of Work : (a) Periodical monitoring / Inspecting the complete ac plant and carrying out preventive/ periodical maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of AC plant.The periodical inspection for preventive maintenance shall be carried out by technician/service engineer of OEM once in a quarter other than breakdown calls for monitoring the operational condition of AC plant including for preventive maintenance/breakdown calls whenever required. Each preventive maintenance & breakdown call if any will be measured Job (b) Visual inspection for oil traces, Air heat exchanger (condenser) cleaning, check for removed protection devices, and improperly closed doors/ covers, check that the temperature difference between the heat exchange inlet and outlet is correct, check the refrigeration system, motors and starters for performance and healthy condition of plant. (c) Checking the system for leaks and rectification of leaks if any. (d) Taking a set of readings and evaluating the same to ensure the satisfactory performance of the plant. (e) Checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings as and when required. (f) General Cleaning of the evaporator and condensing coils (g) General Lubrication of the bearings of motors, pumps and fans as and when required.
