Dismantling of Structures Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 Reinforced Cement Concrete

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Concrete with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundations and floors including supply of all material,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. a per drawing sand technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Cement Concrete (PCC M-30) Pavement:- Construction of Un-reinforced, Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepeared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in substructure complete excepting pointing and plastering, as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 602, 603, 604, 1202 & 1204 In 1:5 cement mortar

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work up to plinth level : 1 :1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.
