III-BMS (BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM):- DDC CONTROLLERS - Standalone DDC Controller: DDC Controller shall be 32 bit microprocessor based standalone and net workable type BACnet BTL tested with real time clock. The controller shall support trend log objects, program areas and PID loop objects. The DDC's shall store programs and program parameters in non volatile memory. The controller shall have provision to communicate to the central BMS software over LAN or RS-485 if required. DDC controller shall be housed in a suitable encloser made out of 14/16 Swg MS CRCA sheet which is derusted, degreased and phosphated sheet folded construction. The panel to be dust, vermin proof type(IP-54) with powder coated paint. The panel shall have suitable mounting arrangement including mounting plate, power supply unit, control transformer, MCB & power socket, relay and neassary mounting arrangement etc.
