Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site , true to lines as per plan, L section , Cross slope, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lift & leads, required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in drawings by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt with the stones available from the required hill side cutting for retaining the muck, without otherwise damaging the forest , forest land , utilities, private and public properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract, MORD specification Clauses 1601,1602 & 1603, and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in foundation for structures in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specification clause 305 (R/W, B/W, Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit, drain etc.)

Construction of R. R . stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royaltyetc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications Clause 700 &1604. (R/W, B/W, Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit, drain etc.

Construction of R. R. stone masonary laid dry including supply of all materials, labour, t&p & royalty etc, required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specifications Clause 700 &1604. (R/W, B/W, Dry Scupper, Catchpit etc.)

HP stone filling in back of structures including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specification clause 1604.7. (R/W, B/W, Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit etc.)

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing notless than 25 kg each as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MoRD specification 1301 .

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc plus PVC coated), of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 2.7mm/3.7mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions).

Providing and laying of concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations for structures including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clause 800 , 1202 & 1203 for P.C.C grade M 10. (Parapet, Culvert, Hume Pipe, Causeway, Bridge, Dry Scupper, Catchpit etc.)

Providing and laying of concrete for plain/reinforced concrete for structures including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clause 800, 1202 & 1203 for R.C.C grade M 25. (scupper, Culvert, Causeway, Bridge etc.)

Providing and laying of plain concrete for substructures including supply of all materials, labour, t&p, shuttering, centering , royalty etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification Claue-800, 1202 & 1203.R.C.C.grade M 20 for cross drainage structures such as Culverts , Bridges, scupper and causeway etc.

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clauses No.613.3 (Culvert, Causeway, Bridge, parapet etc.)

15 mm thick Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clauses No.613.4. (Culvert,Parapet, Bridge, drain etc.)

Surface Drains in Soil Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307.

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302 4-5-1 Stone/Boulder

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1002, 1010,1202 .(The reinforcment steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producer as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specification (Frist Revision 2014) and IS 1786 : 2008 Clause no. 1.6

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 (The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First revision'2014) and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6)

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Cleaning of fully choked scupper and catchpit complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting with approved materials deposited at site from roadway as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification 301.5.5 for Filling/Patri Filling. & Super Eleavtion

WBM Grading 3:-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading3 as per MORD Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying Prime coat LOW porosity with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) complying with IS : 8887 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting RS-1 complying with id:8887) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of cold mixed open graded Premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm 11.2mm nominal size aggregates using cationic bitumen emulsion (Medium Setting MS Grade complying with IS:8887) to required line, grade and level serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity ,finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type B as per MORD Specification clause 506.2

Providing and laying seal coat by Bituminous Emulsion (SS-2) as for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical specification Clause 508

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound of ISI Mark Approved Quality of 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
