Shifting to Tower No. 117 and 118 of 132KV Rishikesh-Srinagar Transmission Line

(A) Erection Survey including Profiling, tower spotting, optimisation of tower locations, preparation of tower schedule for 132KV Rishikesh-Srinagar Transmission line.

Check Survey including peg marking for 132KV Rishikesh=Srinagar Transmission line.

Earth work in excavation by mecfhanical/manual means in benching including disposal of surplus excavator soils as directed with all leads & lifts, disposed earth to be neatly levelled and dressed. (a) Inordinary soil/earth mixed with boulders.

(b) In Hard Rock

Setting of Stub at Tower Location

Concrete for foundations including all material, shouring and shuttering if any, forming, concreting and curing of water including cost of cement for M-20 i.e. 1:1.5:3 mix concrete (cost of supply of MS steel bar is not to be included)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical/manual means in Foundation Trenches or Pits of any size including dressing of side and ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavator soils as directed, including all leads & lifts. A) In ordinary soil/earthmixed with boulders

(b) In Hard Rock

Transportation of material (One No. C+6 Tower) available in any PTCUL Store to Tower Location No. 117 of 132KV Rishikesh-Srinagar Line near Saknidhar (Bachhelikhal) Distt. Tehri Garhwal including loading, unloading, shifting, head loading etc.

Transportation of material (One No. C+0 Tower) with all accessories from Central Store of 132KV Substation Srinagar Garhwal to Tower Location No. 118 of 132KV Rishikesh-Srinagar Line Near Saknidhat (Bachhelikhal) Distt. Tehri Garhwal including loading, unloading klshifting, head loading etc.

Work of strenghtening of tower by providing stays to all three cross arms with the help of Steel Rope Stay Wire and turn buckle for Tower No. RS 119 to prevent from further damages and safety purpose of 132KV Rishikesh-Srinagar Transmission line including all material, labour and T&P required klfor proper completion of works.

Erection of Tower including erection of leg extension, body extension, tag welding on bolts & nuts on first section of tower etc.

Cutting, Laying, Stringing Tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. complete with ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of insulators and fitting of vibration dampers etc. for complete route for S/C panther.

Laying, Stringing Tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. complete with OPGW (24 Fibre) including fixing of clamps and all accessories.

Grounding work with counter poise type earthing including excavation 0.6 mtr deep and back filling.

Installation of Tower Accessories. (i) Danger Plate

(ii) Number Plate

(iii) Phase Plate (set of three)

Protection work as per given below (i) Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1Cement:6 Coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm monimal size) upto plinth level with : cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

(ii) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

(iii) Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete required for top of revetment wall in 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(iv) Providing weep holes with 75 mm PVC Pipe

(B) Dismantling: Dismantling of old existing 132KV S/C A type Tower with all associated accessories as per direction of Site Engineer

Destringing of existing ACSR Panther conductor with all associated work (between Tower No. RS 118-Tower No. RS 119)

Destringing of existing OPGW wire (between Tower No. RS 118 - Tower No. RS 119)

Cartage of scrap and all balance dismantled material of 132KV Rishikesh-Srinagar Transmission Line to Rishikesh/Srinagar store and proper stacking as per instruction of Engineer in charge including loading, unloading, shifting, head kloading etc.
