Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cabels etc (not exceeding 1.5 M, in width)and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceding 10Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5M including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m beyond 1mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed and compacted with hand roller incl all carriages /leads&lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (Crushed aggregate 40mm).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level , 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills,fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills,fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form work for Walls ( Any thickness) incl attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc
