Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edge to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering, well ramming, compacted and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as directed.

Preparation of unsurfaced WBM by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 10kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen complete all as directed

Preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @5 kg/10 sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen complete all as directed.

Bituminous premix aphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content(VG 30) by weight of total mix using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 10 tones complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paste and marking of guide lines, dashed arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 2 to 2.5 mm thick using marking machine, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads pavements and the like as per BS 6088 and as specified in IRC 35-1997 complete all as directed. Note : 1.Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2.The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness above or below ground level complete all as directed.

Cement Concrete nominal Mix PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in road,pavements,Ramps, coping,etc finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Forming contraction/dummy joints of 65 mm x 10mm wide primed & filled with sealing compound of bitumen (VG-10) & sand 1:3 mix, complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches,pillars complete.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius walls built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), finished fair & even (Without using extra cement ) complete all as directed

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods , shelves and plate form etc complete all as directed.

Providing Precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for drain Covers,etc complete all as directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia quality conforming to Fe-410-S or F-410-0 complete all as directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed

Road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed. Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 80mm thick with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 grade Complete all as directed
