Provision of Consultancy Services for Providing Barricading/View cutter and Boundary wall for new lab space for DYSL-QT Pashan, Pune (Percentage Rate Schedule for Item No . 1.01 Only)

1.Consultancy services for the proposed Barricading / view cutter and boundary wall Miscellaneous Items of work complete as per scope of work given at Appendix'A' of Tender Enquiry (Estimated cost of work is Rs. 114.00 Lakhs). Bidders are advised to quote rate in pecrcentage basis in Basic rate Column No-13 for Item No- 1.01 Only

Soil investigation by carrying out bore holes of 100mm dia as per relevant / latest IS code, collecting samples of undisturbed soil and conducting the following tests as per relevant and latest IS code in all types of soils and submission of detailed soil investigaton report in triplicate, recommending safe foundation level and type of foundation along with bearing capacity considering effect of water table etc and other parameters as per relevant code of IS in all types of soil. (i) Conducing SPT Natural moisture content, Dry and wet density, Soaked unconfined compression test, Percentage absorption, Mechanical analysis and moisture content, Liquid and plastic limit test, sample preparation sieve analysis, soil classification as per IS, Direct shear test, consoildation test, unconfined compression on rock.

Item same as item No 2.01 but in all types of rock as per IS specification.

Carrying out topographical survey of the area including clearing of area wherver required, at traverse of surveyed area, spot levels at 10m center to center interval, marking of existing major structures, alignment of existing roads, other structures/ details and major trees with girth more than 30cm at 1.00M above ground level, showing contours at 1.00m interval etc all complete. (Note: If any markings is given to the existing boundary pillars, compartment pillars/ munars and tree no given by the Revenue/ Forest department, same to be reflected on topo sheet)

Providing and fixing 450X450X600mm PCC(1:2:4) permanent bench mark pillars with fixing of steel plate of size 200x200x8mm on top of pillars including excavation cost and conveyance of materials and painting with identification marks, numbering of levels etc, complete as directed.

Providing and fixing 300X300X600mm PCC(1:2:4) grid pillars, including excavation, cost and conveyance of materials and painting with identification marks, numbering etc, complete as directed.
