Excavation in soil in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1 & 1603.2 sorting out useful/ unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means ( if required). Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leads and lift of materials or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in earth work for structures in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of soil ordinary and hard rock work with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met in the spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion. pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost, including dressing of slopes and beds setting out confirming to required lines, grades, side slopes as shown in the drawing and direction of engineer-in-charge and transportation soil to road way and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head laod animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305 All useful materials, such as stones shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials which shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect. Construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material.
Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated nominal mix 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand: twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1206 Coursed rubble masonry (2nd (second) sort) in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, and laying reinforced cement concrete 900mm diameter (Nine hundred millimeter) pipe NP3 as per design for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding excavations, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per drawings and technical specifications for Rural roads clause 1101 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per technical specification clause 303 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing 3 M. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx 5mm (twenty five milimetre into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm (twenty five milimete into twenty five millimetre in to five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (two Nos.) 75mm x75mm (seventy five milimetre in to seventy five millimetre) of 12 SWG (twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-25 (M- twenty five) grade blocks of 450m x450mm 600mm (four hundred fifty millimetre into four hundred fifty milimetreinto six hundred milimetre) 600mm (six hundred milimetre) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx 47mm (forty seven milimetre in forty seven millimetre) of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides lettering and printing, arrows, borders etcetera will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of super quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1 including haulage/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing ordinary kilometer stone (pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 (fifteen) grade of standard design as per IRC : 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing 200 meter stone (pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 (fifteen) grade of standard design as per IRC : 26 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Grassing with large grasses (heavy branching type) Planting unrooted stem cuttings (minimum 3 (Three) nodes of viable stem) of large stature grasses on slopes, including supplying sterms of appropriate grasses, splitting into separate viable cuttings, preparing lines, digging planting hole to a max of 5 cm (Five centimetre) depth with metal rod or wooden peg depending on nature of soil, planting cuttings at the spacing specified, and subsequent watering (if necessary) On fill slopes of 15 to 34° on cut slopes upto 45° (forty five degree), cuttings at 10 cm (Ten centimetre) spacings within the row; row spaced at 0.5m (zeor point five metre) intervals including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is clause 4 of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
