Engagement of Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Development of Infrastructure facilities i.e. Road Network, Water Supply System, Waste Water Conveyance System, Recirculation System of Treated Waste Water, Storm Water Drainage, Electrification and Street Lighting and all other works contingent thereto including trial run for 3 months. Thereafter 36 months defect liability for Civil work & Street Lighting, 12 months Defect Liability Period (DLP) for electrification work and 12 months of Operation & Maintenance of all infrastructure during first year of Defect Liability Period (DLP) on turnkey basis at IMT Kharkhoda , (Haryana).
