Design, Providing, installation, testing and Commissioning of 60HP manually operated oil immersed ATS starter at Hartar-Tarzoo LIS complete in all respects and includes: Design/Fab./fitting of ATS Copper coils with all allied fittings of specific specifications and Tapping as per load housed in the appropriate size tank filled with T. Oil. Panel for housing of all the equipments with enough space to reach out to any equipment for repairing/replacement. The panel shall be made out of metal sheet dully coated. Panel shall house Ampere meter (0-200)/5A [AE/Rishab make], 1 No including CT coil Voltmeters (0-500)V [AE/Rishab make], 1 No. Phase indicator of appropriate size. Overload Coil, Single phase preventer. Make: SKN-Kilburn/L&T or equivalent reputed make. The starter shall be provided with Cu. thimbling to the incoming and outgoing terminals and shall be complete in all respects.

Allied Electrification works: Earthing: Design/Supply/Construction/Testing and Commissioning of earthing station: Chemical earthing of all the electrical equipments like motors, Voltage Stabilizer, starters, LT-Panel & all other installed equipment’s at site and - using earthing Electrode as per load and as per IS/IEE code. Job includes soil excavation of specific cross –section & depth, as per load, using skilled labour/excavator, as per site requirement. Job includes construction of brick/cement concrete main hole for each earthing station of suitable size as per requirement with MS/CI Top Lid cover. Job includes connecting desired electric gadgets to earthing station through GI strips of appropriate size as per load. The Strips shall be properly fastened to the equipments and shall be properly laid in pump-house. The dimensions and material of earthing electrode/backfilling compound shall be confirming to latest IS/IEE Code. Each earthing pit shall be Designed/Constructed taking into account the load of the equipment’s. The participating bidders have to submit design of each earthing station along with laying pattern of strip inside pump-house in-order to ensure safety of men and machines.

Electrification of pump-house by way of P / f/T/Commissioning of double battery inverter at LIS Haritar-Tarzoo, complete in all respects along with trolley with following specifications: Battery: 2 No., each 150mAh & 12V, Make: Exide/Bosch [with three year warranty] Inverter: 1700VA/Nearest available Rating, sin wave 24V, Make: Luminous/Microtec [including warranty] Change over 100A TPN, Havels make Trolley to house Battery and Invertor Job includes fitting and testing of Inverter and includes all items required for its proper installation & functioning. i.e p/f of 3 pin top 16A, sockets, MCB [Havels/Anchor/GM or equivalent make], Distribution channels, wiring etc as per requirement. The job includes p/f of 3 No. heating point from auxiliary output of main panel to the identified spots as per requirement.

Supply, providing and laying of 25 mm thick Electric shock proof matting of reputed make, of size (1x12) m
