Sweeping, Cleaning and mopping of Floors of Rooms, Corridors, Staircases, Landings, Lobbies, Windows, Cobwebs, terrace, Entrances, Roads, Water Tanks (as per the schedule), drains with vacuum cleaners as and when required etc. Including Cleaning and washing of Toilets, WCs, Urinals, Wash basins floor, floor traps and Dado tiles, bathroom mirrors,dusting/cleaning of room furnitures&fixtures, and removal of wastes from the dustbins and chokes of toilets blocks etc. and colllection of debris, garbage,waste papers, dust/dirt, algae and other articles collected in polyethylene bags including disposing the same to the nearest garbage bins/garbage yards with in the respective campus etc; to be done on regular basis to maintain the cleanliness throughout the working hours, complete all as directed by Engineer in-Charge (EIC). Note: I)The cost shall include (except for the items listed in BOQ item No. 4 through 4.01 to 4.23) deployment of required materials/ machinary including vaccum clear, scrubbing machine, ladder, coconut broom soft broom, Mop stick, wipe stick, bucket, mug, toilet brush, washbasin brush, webcock stick, dust pan etc, for maintaining the cleanliness as directed by EIC. The contractor shall quote the rate accordingly. II)The cost shall also include movement of supplied man-power from one-building to another building based on cleaning requirements, movement of material from central store to different building, movement of supervisor for daily inspection and reporting. Movement of garbage from buildings to the zonally identified locations on daily basis. The contractor shall quote the rate accordingly. III) Contactor has to provide minimum one number (01) unskilled/ housekeeping labourer per day (preferably in equal gender ratio) for every 750 Sqm area and in addition one (01) supervisor with minimum 10+2 qualification to execute the works.

Removal of Honeycombs with pesticides/manual means with all safety measures as and when required as directed by the EIC

Cremation of animals such as dogs/snakes by digging into the earth as directed by EIC

Supply of Materials used for executing cosmetic maintenance services. The cost shall included all required men/accessories/ materials/ equipment/ machinery for execution of below listed materials (Item Nos. 4.01 to 4.23) as directed by EIC.
