M & L for perodic inspection/ servicing/Load testing of 02Ton capacity EOT crane of any make installed at different building/location at site, making the cranes in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed with and including opeartions for maintenance specified as under:- (A) LONG TRAVERSE MOTION / CROSS TRAVERS MOTION / HOIST MOTION- (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectifiaction of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including repalcing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any. (B) ELECTRICALS (a) Checking and tightening all electric connection (b) Checking the contactors/ relays etc for overheating or flashinng. (c)Clening off all connection and control cables. (d) Properly bunching the loose control cable. (e) Checking functioning of cable carriers. (f) Checking the connection and serviceability of VVVF drives for smooth working. (E) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL Opening the push button control unit, checking all connection, replacing flashed/ over heated connections, general cleaning and checking all the functions,of the LT/CT/ Hoist motion push buttons and lights/ VVVF switch including reassembling the unit complete LOAD TESTSTING:- Load testing complete for LT/CT/Hoist motion of the 2 ton EOT cranes(installed at eleven different location with in TA complex) for 125% capacity using any type of dead weight ,complete all as specified and as directed Note-1 Necessary weights shall be arranged by the MES Department . 2 Shifting of load at site and shifting to different buildings/locations with in TP complex using truck/mobile crane etc of suitable capacity shall be arranged by the contractor . 3 Tools, tackles ,chains and sling etc of suitable capacity required for load testing shall be arranged by the contractor. 4 Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to incl the cost of all above and no extra payment on this acount shall be made . Adjustment of brakes, motors,gear boxes, electrical system, load hook ,steel wire ropes , limit switches and all related item complete all specified and directed.

Supplying, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of 150 mm dia (NB) ISI marked heavy class M.S. pipes including cutting, screwing, welding etc. and providing all fittings such as elbows, reducers, flanges, gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers etc. providing adequate support to the pipe and making good the same complete as required. Rate shall include for dewatering necessary to execute the work. Protection to embedded MS pipes and fittings by applying pyp kote primer (@ 100 gm/sqm) thereafter wrapping 4 mm thick pyp kote (AW 4 mm) protection coating by thermo fusion process. Overlap shall be maintained at 15 mm. The application process shall be strictly according to manufacturer’s specification.

Comprenesive maintenance, rapair and upgradation of software including renewal/replacement of defective parts of all existing fire detection system complete consisting of addressable fire control panel, Remote Terminal Unit panels, smoke/heat detector, response indicator, sounder, Manual call Point, Amlifier, Loud speaker, Loop isolator, Zone monitor module, Modem etc. to make 100 % serviceability of the complete incl checking of fire detector, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit if any, checking the connection of batteries, the alarm function of control and indicating eqpt be checked by the operation of trigger device in each zone as described, the system installed in Fire station every month during first or last week as directed by engineer-in-charge Note:- (i) Cost of new components shall be paid for separately under relevant items of schedule 'A" (ii) Contractor's rep will visit minimum once in a month to every panel and take serviceability certificate duly signed by the user.
