Providing fitting and fixing fully glazed window with sash bars including oxidized M.S but hings (75mmx60mmx3.15mm) 2 Nos. on each leaf and 3 Nos on single leaf. (A) With titoil ack gaman wood. (ii) 35mm thick.

Providing fitting and fixing fully galzed clerestory window and fan length including fitting and fixing 2 M.S pivot hings. (B) With Gamari wood. (ii) 35mm thick.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single half brick wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level including arrises, internal round angle not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. Providing polished vitr ified tiles of approved quality size shape and thuickness not less than 8mm walls and skirtings over cement mortar bed 10 mm thick in prop. 1:3 including cutting where necessary with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile ( Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf) white cement slurry mixed with apprioved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the department). (i) Of size 300mmx450mm and above.

Providing and fixing clear sheet glass beded in putty and fixed with/without wooden leading including necessary cutting and glass to be required size biddings etc. (i) Area of glass panes not existing 0.15 © 3.00mm thick

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick to cement concrete 1:3:6 with coarese agg.of 20mm nominal size including finishing thesurface with 10mm thick cement plaster in prop 1:3 with a floating coat of neat cement finished.

Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in prop 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick CC (1:3:6) base over brick flat soiling incl.15mm cement plastering etc. etc. (i) 300 wide and acerage 150mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

(f) Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including, priming coat of white primer after thoroughly brushing the surface free from morter droppimg and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered somooth.

(b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved band and manufacture on wall surfaces.

Painting two coats on new wood and wood base surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J & N paint/Nerolic) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. Raising low site around the building with approved soil obtained from outside by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including paying necessary land compensation, Municipal gate fees if any monopoly duty etc. (profile meassurement to be taken and 12.5% deduction for shrinkage to be made from total quantuty) etc. complete as per directed and specified.
