Repairing of Plinth

Fabrication of MS Channel angle iron etc in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel ,bracing and special type bracket etc. as per RESPO schedule and local approced drawing.

Dismantling of Transformers from double pole/ plinth including opening of all connections, circuts & earthing strip etc. (250 KVA)

Dismantling of Transformers from double pole/ plinth including opening of all connections, circuts & earthing strip etc. (400 KVA)

Dismantling of Transformers from double pole/ plinth including opening of all connections, circuts & earthing strip etc. (500 KVA)

Excavation of earth for DTR plinth of size 2.1x2.1x1.2 meter

Cement concreting work for DTR plinth in ratio 1:4:8

Brick work in 1:4 ratio for DTR Plinth

RR massonary work in 1:6 ratio for DTR Plinth

RCC Work of DTR Plinth in 1:2:4 ratio 15 cm thickness

Cement Plaster on side walls in 1:4 ratio of DTR Plinth.

Erection, providing and fixing of wire mesh of size 50x35 mm around plinth and toe wall duly welded with frame of M.S angle iron 35x35x6 mm and strip of size 35x6 mm in mid of each side along with wire mesh (width of wire mesh 1.5 meter ) with the height of 0.5 meter above the plinth and 2 meter above the toe wall with 1 No. gate and locking arrangment in the toe wall size including groutin g of 6 Nos. legs in the ratio in block of size 0.25x0.25x0.45 meter including gravlling of shingle of size 20 to 40 mm and complete painting of wire mesh with aluminium paint with two coat (Including the cost of cement and all material)

Installation / mounting of new 400 KVA/500 KVA Tranformer on plinth structure and fixing of channel /angle etc. and making all conn ections of Ht and LT side and its complete commissioning.

Installation / mounting of new 250 KVA Tranformer on plinth structure and fixing of channel / angle etc. and making all connections of Ht and LT side and its complete commissioning.

Cartage of other material (other than poles) by vehicle from Store Center to nearest construction site Store including loading and unloading at both ends(distance 0-20 Km)

Installation of T/F trolley including Cartage/Back Cartage.

Laying and Fixing Insulated Cable LT XLPE Alu. Cond. Power cable

Earthing of T/F LA and Body with 02 nos. MS Earth Rod GI Strip and Earth Wire Separate.

Reconnection of Jumpers Cable and Earthing

Providing Temporary Supply Arrangement at S/s by 11/0.4 KV Trolly Including Proper Safety Arrangement.

Cutting of wild grass and bushes of various length from the open store yard and disposal of grass and bushes at 1 Km. away from the Store yard.
