Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge refer DSR Item no. 24.2 & CPWD Specification No. 14.39

Drilling holes vertically size 30mm dia & 500 mm depth in RCC M-35 Concrete from Top of RCC Anchor Blocks for injecting Cementitious Slurry with proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in charge refer CPWD Specification No. 26.26

Drilling holes horizontally size 30mm dia & 1000 mm depth in RCC M-35 Concrete for injecting Cementitious Slurry & drainout of excess water if any with proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in charge refer CPWD Specification No. 26.26

Providing & injecting grout using Stirrer Mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make (@ 2% of weight of cement used) with modified Cement Slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work for Anchor Block Chamber filling. in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks of concrete by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge refer DSR Item no. 26.35.1& CPWD Specification No. 26.30

Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 > 45 MPa and adhesive bond strength Class R3 > 1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat. refer DSR Item no. 22.25.1 & CPWD Specification No. 22.19

For patching of tie rod holes, prepared tie rod hole surface and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.070kg/sqm and while the surface is tacky repair and then filled the tie rod holes with crystalline [email protected] per hole. The crystalline mortar should be tightly rodded into tie rod holes or packed tightly (For 25x25x25 mm tie rod hole, use 0.040kg to fill the hole) refer DSR Item no. 22.25.2 & CPWD Specification No. 22.19

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charg refer DSR Item no. 26.39 & CPWD Specification No. 26.34

Providing & injecting grout using Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks of concrete by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge refer DSR Item no. 26.35.3 & CPWD Specification No.26.30

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect refer DSR Item No. 26.31.1 & CPWD Specification No. 26.27

Shotcreting/Guniting R.C.C. strture etc. in layers from 25mm thick in Grade M25 (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand & graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) with cement content not less than 330kg/cum including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge refer DSR Item no. 26.38.1 & CPWD Specification No. 26.33

Furnishing and Placing RCC M35 using concrete mixer Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure for Height above 10m as per drawing and Morth Technical Specification No. 1700

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge refer DSR Item no. 22.22A & CPWD Specification No. 22.15
