RequiredThe Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs. 22,496/-Incase of exemption submission of valid document as applicable like NSIC/PEMD/MSME/SC/ST/Societies or individual firms.

RequiredThe Bidder shall have valid EPF, ESI/GI, and GST registration and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

RequiredThe bidder shall possess a valid Contractor/Firm Registration Certificate issued by the State/Central Government or State/Central PSU, valid as on the date of bid submission and shall enclose the documentary Evidence. The bidder?s registered monetary limit/class shall be equal to or higher than the Estimated Contract Value (ECV). Registration under process shall not be acceptable

RequiredThe contractor should have minimum 3months of experience in similar nature of work for Lubrication or Greasing or Any Overhauls of HT Motors, Pumps, Bearing replacements .The contractor shall submit copies of any of the following documents, as documentary evidence in support of the above: work orders/purchase orders or performance/satisfactory certificates, or work completion certificates.

RequiredThe Ownership of the tractor should be in the name of the Contractor/Firm only. Vehicles taken on lease by the bidder under a valid & legally enforceable lease agreement shall also be eligible, subject to submission of an attested copy of the said lease agreement. (RC &relevant documents should be uploaded).In case new vehicle is booked, the tenderer may participate with temporary registration cer

RequiredThe Contractor should have to maintained all current and relevant documents as per MotorVehicleAct (like fitness, RC,Permit,Pollution control, Insurance and a valid transport driving license) and upload the documents.

RequiredThe Bidder should posses valid labour license/labour registration issued by Government of Telangana or any State Government of India, and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.
