(A) Tent, Stall,Stage etc.

1.Main Bengali Gate 3’x 30’ feet 1 nos Outside the dome , also planting 40 decorative flower / plant pots and decorative water fountain in front of the gate . Decorating the gate side facade with Decorative panels from GI sheets

2. 6’ x 9’ Fabricated stall 10’ high Erectic 200 stalls , providing 2 tube lights and power plugs in each stall , 64’ x 120’ 3 domes for 200 stalls preparing, arranging in the dome with necessary fans and lights , barricading the dome as necessary

3. Construction of 60’ x 120 ‘ Dome with 20’ x 30’ Stage and for stage Curtain according to colour combination with white fringe and 3 feet iron ladder 2 Nos , 6 Nos sofa set with Cushions ( three Seater) , 2 tipoys, 15 Nos VIP Chairs , and providing 1 Nos of Samai , high quality mating in the open space ,barricading necessary as per dignitary protocol, providing 500 good quality fiber chairs in front of the stage with daily arrangement .

4. Inside the stalls , open spaces in front of the stalls and on the entire surface area of the dome Covering with good quality mat ( green / red mat )

5.1.5’ x 6 ‘ size 2 in each stall total 400 iron table with table cloth and 500 fiber chairs to be provided along with arrangement and One Waste bin No . of 100 per two stalls

6. Eracting 50 stall 7.5' x 15' size 10' hight for food stalls installing curtains in each stall & using it for mandir kanat & arranging with lights, providing 2 tube light & 1 power plug in each stall, 1.5' x 6' size in each stall providing a total of 100 tables & 100 fiber chairs per 2 stalls etc.alongwith the arragement & barracking required for the mandap

7. A total of 1.5’ x 6 ‘ 100 table and 300 fiber chairs in front of food stalls providing also movable Wash Basing 20 Nos .

8. V.I.P. Room making , 2 Nos three Seater sofa set with 4 Tipoys with cushions , 20 Nos V. I. P. providing chairs , 2 Nos flower pot and providing 2 coolers

9. Provision of Fire extinguisher 2.5 kg in 250 stalls

10. Equipment provision of Clean drinking Water in 200 stalls 2 jars per stall per day

11. Mattress set (mattress, mattress cover,pillow, blanket ) at the place of accommodation supply 500 Nos .

12. During the exhibition period , 6 men & 4 womens per shift in three shifts and providing 24 hours internal and external security with Sufficient ManPower

13. To keep the exhibition premises clean, arrange necessary manpower for cleaning time to time from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

14.The entire exhibition ground at the venue –i.e. building 12 feet heigh compound with full ground G I sheet

(B) Electric Facility

1.Providing 24 hours wiring cable services for service wire stalls

2. Providing 40 Nos of focus of 500 volt and 15 Nos of metalite of 400 volt. Dome and provision of light system and fan arrangement as per the entire area .

3. Provide separate electrical system for control room and V. I. P. room and provide facility for electric lighting of entire dome and stall

4. Arrangement of generator with fuel for 12 hours as required for the above electrical facility ( 10.00 am to 10.00 pm )

5. Arranging one generator of 20 KV with fuel for night ( 10.00 pm to 6 am )

6. All types of sound system for the entire stall and pavilion / ground to arrange .

7. Providing stand MIC and Cordless MIC in Control room .with all necessary appliances etc.
