Dismandling of existing unserviceable cross arms of MS channel or angle any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Dismantling Insulators like 11 KV HT, Pin type, Disc type and loop insulators from existing Electrical Poles/ 2 pole/ 4 pole structure of any description and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete.

Dismantling of ACSR Conductor of any size

Dismandling of existing unserviceable concret poles/ struts of any Size and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

(a) Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Ring Main Unit 11 KV, 630A, 21 KA for 3 sec, Outdoor Manual Non-Extensible RMU 6 way RMU with 2 Nos. Supply, install and testing Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) , funnel, wiremesh, charchol, dust , salt etc connected to earthing test point all as specified by Engr-in-Charge. Supply laying Jointing & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steelstrip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade earthed with cross sectional area of size 3 core 95 sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying LT cable, soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches with soil, including spreding, leveling, watering & well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to distance not exceeding 50 Mtr & depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, class HV, type-1 flat, size 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with HT 1100 Volts Electric on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the ENgr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for GI pipe light grade complete with fittings laid in floor/ trenches/ wall / pole as cable protection of 100 mm dia including 02 Nos clamps with nuts, bolts fixed to pole for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour coarse stone aggregates, grading I 90 to 40 mm size or grading 2, 63 to 40 mm granite, trap or basalt size laying at substation complete including cleaning the bushes, vegetation and leveling, removal of surplus soils complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing disc type Insulator (single disc assembly) in repair porcelain vitreous, white brown or green 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type with tension clamp galvanized iron nut for conductors working pressure 11000 volt grade complete.

Material and labour for stay assembly 20mm dia rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 (Loop type insulator , stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) all as directed. Make: CAPCON/JAIPURIA BROTHERS/HINDALCO

Material and labour loop type insulator , vitreous porcelain, white , brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90 X 140 mm, clearance of hole 16 mm compete.

Material and labour Galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4 mm dia stranded 7/1.6 mm complete all as specifiied and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded BT stone aggregate as in bed block for hold fast or coping including necessary form work complete all as specified.
