Redevelopement of Park HIG B 312 park,Kalinga Vihar, Chhend, Ward No. 13 under RMC Rourkela

Earth work excavation by manual means in hard soil or gravelly soil in foundation trenches or drains with in 50m. initial lead and 1.5m. initial lift including dressing of sides and breaking clods maximun 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge

P/L at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of E-I-C (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) . (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by E-I-C.

Labour Charge for removing the depressed portion of paver block and refixing the old paver block including 50mm thick sand rammed & well watered including cost of labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete.

12mm thick C.P. in c.m. (1:6) over brick masonery to the rough surface including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks 23 cmx11 cmx8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg./cm² with dimensional tolerance ± 2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in F&P including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of M.S.door, window with grill, grills, M.S.Gates, collapsible gates made out of M.S.Angle frame, M.S.flat, sheet etc of approved section and design, electrically welded properly with all necessary locking arrangement including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, carriage of materials to site etc. complete.
