M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, top surface treated with antifungal paint set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving's n exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above the ground level) (Un-reinforced) and removing to a distance not exc 50 meter complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded agg finishing even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protections/path and laid fair in alternate bays n including filler joints with scaling compound grade 'A' where required complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete aa as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts Posts embedded in natural ground (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.Complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type /chain link fencing any size.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil(or similar holes) each n. exc 0.50cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregate) in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels,benching/haunching of manhole, road side drains includng use & waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Posts and Sruts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link fencing any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm dia MS bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head on one end and screwed the other, screwed and fitted with nut and washer, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and staining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain -ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete in roofs, floors(other than ground floor),beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, slabs and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debries/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in C.M. (1:4) on fair faces of brick work finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in hardstanding and pavings including finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified parking tiles of any colour/patern 40cm x 40 cm x 7 to 10 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments in floors and over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F Louvers /Precast RCC Jalli, 35mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed and as directed.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
