Miscellaneous Civil Works at Kochi Metro Stations and Muttom Depot

Provision of 2 nos. of Structural Steel Gates at JLN Stadium Metro Station: Fabrication & erection of structural steel gates including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc.as required. The work includes removal/replacement of paver tiles, excavation, shuttering, concreting, backfilling and applying two or more coats of epoxy paint at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturer specifications as required, etc, complete. The rate shall include supply of materials, machineries, tools, manpower & supply and provision of MS heavy duty butt hinges, SS aldrop, padlock, etc., complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision of G.S Sheet Cover Over OH Tank at MG Road Metro Station: Fabrication & provision of 0.50mm G.S sheet (plain) fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer complete. The work shall include supply & fabrication of structural steel support frames including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by riveting, bolting or welding and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. and applying two or more coats of epoxy paint at all location prepared and applied as [per manufacturer specifications as required complete. The rate shall include supply of materials, machinaries, tools, manpower & supply and provision of MS heavy duty butt hinges, MS handles etc., complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision of two nos. of Canopy Arrangements at Thripunithura Terminal Metro Station: Supply and fixing of 0.50mm G.S sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), including the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and cutting to size and shape wherever required. The work shall include supply & fabrication of structural steel support frames including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by riveting, bolting or welding and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. and applying two or more coats of epoxy paint at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturer specifications as required complete. The rate shall include supply of materials, machinaries, tools, manpower & supply and provision of double scaffolding system (windows at approx. 16m height from ground) , complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Flashing sheet to be provided at wall & roof sheet joint area by cutting grooves on wall complete with application of weather sealant at joints)

Removal & Replacement of damaged fencing at Muttom Depot: Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required and finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include removal of existing damaged fencing, supply of materials, fabrication & erection of new fencing arrangement, machinaries, tools, manpower & supply and provision all neccessary fixity arrangements, complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision of Aluminium Partition Works at Vadakekkotta Metro Stations: Partition Wall: Supply & fixing of powder coated Aluminium partition of suitable frame work, at top & bottom, with 2½" x 1½" (1.1mm thick) sections & Jindal 20 series sliding arrangement with 3mm thick ACP panels (Off White) & 4mm thick plain glass for partitions (entire partition in sliding arrangement), complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The work shall include supply, fabrication & commissioning of aluminium support frames including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by means of all necessary fixtures, complete. The rate shall include supply of materials, machinaries, tools, manpower & supply and provision of runner, runner wheels, EPDM rubber beeding, sliding locks, etc. complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
