Sweeping and cleaning of the Power House Building and other Buildings at BTPS Plant Site (Gr.-A)

Supply of unskilled labour for different sweeping and cleaning jobs at various locations of Stage-I and other offices of BTPS. Category I. Note:- i) In case of enjoying C. L (Max. 14 days), this rate will be reduced by Rs.75.37 per day for each labour. ii) In case of enjoying listed holiday (Max. 14 days), this rate will be reduced by Rs.75.37 per day per worker. Mandays means physical attendance & CL if any & Holiday if any. iii) ESI, PF, Bonus, House rent allowance and Welfare allowance are not included in rates. Including supply/ hire charges of necessary tools & tackles.

Provision of overtime for emergency works against labourers. Category I.

Extra for performing duty on listed holiday. Note: Engaging of labourers on Holiday is depended on the requirement of service which is to be decided by E. I. C. on need basis. Category I.

House rent allowance for 38 nos worker. This allowance @ 20 % of basic shall be paid to these workers for the full month subject to performing minimum 06 days work within a month by a particular 456worker. Payment will be made accordingly by per head per month. Category I.

Statutory component (i. e ESI, PF & Bonus) for 36 Nos. workers . Category I.

Welfare allowance for 41 nos worker. This allowance @ 400/ per month shall be paid to these workers subject to minimum 06 days work per month by the worker (per month per workman). For Category I to V.

Annual Cost of PPE (on reimbursement basis at actual) for 41 workers. (All Categories except Category VI) For each worker; soap (06 nos per month), Duster (01no/ 3 months), Hand gloves (01 pair per month) , Nose guard (02 nos per month) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Deptt., HR & A Deptt., and Utilizer Deptt., BTPS.

Annual Cost of PPE (on reimbursement basis at actual) for 04 workers. (Category VI) For each worker; Hand gloves (01 pair per month) , Nose guard (02 nos per month) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Deptt., HR & A Deptt., and Utilizer Deptt., BTPS.
