PQR For E Tender No-48/2025-26 Regarding Work for Installation of New 63/100/250 KVA DTR & Supply of its associated decentralized material in different Site under 33/11 KV Sub Station Ittawa under EDSD Bazpur under the head Capital (S.I) Under Electricity Distribution Division Bazpur for the Year 2025-26.

NAME OF BIDDER

Tender Cost in (Rs 1180.00) in shape of DD (NON REFUNDABLE) shall be in favour of “Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Bazpur payable at Bazpur. (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)

Earnest money (Rs 44,800.00) in shape of FDR/TDR/CDR should be valid for three hundred sixty five days (365) from the date of publication of tender pledged in favour of “Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Bazpur” or A Bank Guarantee for an amount as indicated in Earnest Money column of invitation for Tenders (NIT) issued by a Nationalized/Scheduled bank located in India acceptable to the Employer in the form specified at Performa and valid for 365 days from the date of opening of Part-I + 45 days claim period thereof in favour of Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division Bazpur. (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)

Bidder must submit Tender Validity form certificate for 180 days effective from the date of opening of tender on Rs 100/- Stamp paper duly notarized with Rs.1/- revenue stamp. (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)

The bidder must have valid A class license for Electrical Works for the year 2025-26 issued by Uttarakhand State authority. (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)

Work Experience-The Bidder must have been successfully Completed same nature of work, or any Electrical works under any Govt. Departments/Govt. Undertaking/SEB’s/Power Sector Utilities having financial value not less than this Tender work value i.e., Rs 14.93 Lac during past Five (5) years from the date opening of this tender. (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)

Performance Experience:-The Bidder must submit Performance certificate of the same work (Sl No-6) with clear mention of agreement number, brief description of work, financial value of the work, date of completion of work and overall quality of work issued from competent authority not less than the rank of Executive Engineer. (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)

For the purpose of this particular bid, bidder shall meet the following minimum criteria

Minimum average annual turnover (MAAT) of the Bidder for Last Three (3) Financial Years should not be less than the amount of Rs. 44.80 Lacs. Bidder shall submit balance sheet (Verified by CA with UDIN No) of the same along with Tender Part-I (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)

An undertaking on Rs 100/ non judicial stamp paper duly notarized by notary that the bidder has not been blacklisted/ debarred by any Govt. undertaking/ Govt. departments/SEB’s/Power Sector Utilities/ equivalent organization. In case same is found then their tender/Order shall be treated as cancelled at any stage and EMD/Performance security shall be forfeited. (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)

An undertaking on Rs 100/ non judicial stamp paper duly notarized by notary, by bidder that all the information provided by the firm in the bid document are true and Correct. In case, any forged or false document is found at any stage, then the tender/ order of the bidder shall be treated as cancelled and necessary action shall be taken against bidder, which may include forfeiting the EMD/security cum performance guarantee, debarring/ blacklisting for further participation in future tenders of UPCL, based on the merits/ demerits of the case. An undertaking towards compliance of Provision of Section 171 of the GST Act 2017 pertaining to Anti-Profiteering by the bidder on letter head. (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)
