Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 M and lead upto 50M filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 50M from centre of the foundation trenches. DAR-2.8.1

Concrete with cement, coarse sand & 40 mm nominal size40 mm brick ballast in proportion of 1:6:12 in foundations including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI NO 273

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. DAR-6.1.2

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.DAR 13.80

Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied a 1.43 ltri 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied a 2.20 10 sqm) DSR 13.47.1

Mild steel or iron work such as small size and section door / window etc as per DAR

Painting on door window as per SI No 641+642

Earthwork filling in embankment in ordinary soil as per DAR 2.25a
